How to use deep's insomnia blend:
- Rub oil into nostrils & both temples when you go to bed &/or
- Rub oil into scalp, the hair follicles help the oil to penetrate, wash out in the morning &/or
- Put a drop of oil on your pillow or tissue &/or
- Put 2 to 3 capfulls of oil in a bath before going to bed
